For the safety of both your pet and the other pets in our facility, we require thorough examinations of your pet’s health when they first arrive at our TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Paw Creek. We make sure to check your pet’s vaccination status and other important information. Specifically, for canines we require that they have had their Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Rabies, and Distemper/Parvo vaccines. For felines, we require that they have had their Rabies and Distemper vaccines. If your pet is not vaccinated, we can provide vaccinations at an additional rate. Additionally, we require a fecal sample prior to your boarding reservation in order to test for parasites.
If your pet arrives with ticks or fleas, we will offer appropriate hygiene measures such as baths for an added cost. Our vaccination and tick/flea board policies are made for the wellbeing of your pet and the other pets that we board. We make sure that we do all that we can to prevent the spread of disease and parasites, especially on our boarding facilities.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, please be assured that veterinary staff are available at our boarding facility at all times.
We also recommend that you bring your own supply of pet food from home. If not, we will feed your pet clinically-approved meals from iVet Healthy Gourmet.
